GW 8.02
One user did a "stupid thing" in Groupwise and now corporate paranoia wants him to have a mailbox which will receive and send emails (internal and external) but nothing else - no changes to address book, no folder management, no proxy permissions.
The nearest I can see is to prevent auto-saving of addressess and tell colleagues not to grant proxy access. Is there any further administrative restriction which can be applied to a mailbox?
(This "stupid thing" = set up a distribution list in Frequent Contacts with the same name as himself and most or all of Frequent Contacts as members, proxied to a colleague's mailbox and forwarded to himself - except that it was to the DL.)
