Novell Agent / Windows Profile duplication

Hi,

I am not sure if it is Microsoft related or Novell related... But we often experience profile duplication...

Users log on and then he does not have his profile... he opened in a new profile USER.COMPUTER-NAME

This does happen in Windows 7 and Windows XP with Novell Client 2 Sp2 IR3 and for Windows XP Novell Client 4.91 SP4
and ZCM 11.2.1

Do you have any idea what may cause this issue ? This is pretty annoying... it happens everyday for random users in our domain...
