We have a "system" user that was created specifically to have a common calendar and list of contacts between all users. 99% of these users are using Outlook 2003 with the groupwise connector to access their mailboxes and these shared folders. The problem is that when an entry is added, deleted, or edited on the shared calendar it does not appear in Outlook unless the program is closed and then re-opened. That, of course, is unacceptable to users. Assuming that there is anyone still using Groupwise, much less version 7 with the Outlook connector, can you point me in the right direction?
