NAT & eDirectory replication ring

Hello,

Is NAT supported by eDirectory replication ?

I mean that if we have a replication ring and we would like to add a server 'X' to the ring but 'X' is located behind a NAT ( network translation )

Could any one give me some useful links ? (TID's, Cool solutions,...)
