NOC 5.0 Patch Bundle 2 - February 2012 5.0

I am looking for information on what the patch bundle 2 does for NOC 5.0. I am currently using 5.0, and we do not have any major problems, I noticed that there is a patch, and I tried looking for documentation about what exactly the patch is for, and I just came across something that said I would need to download it first, and look through the readme file in the download. Is there a way to find out what the patch before downloading?
