Opening attachments - Default Save As location

When someone opens an attachment (PDF, Word, BMP, XLS, WPS) the default SAVE AS is always a Novell location. Can this be changed, to point to a network share? H drive for example.

In other words, when a user opens a PDF, and they click File, Save As, it defaults to c:\novell\Groupwise. Can this be changed to go elsewhere, like H:\
