Zenworks Imaging freezes at the same point.

Hello,

So im trying to Make my image and its constantly freezing at the same point. Im using Zenworks Imaging Engine 11.2.4. It works up to about 20% then freezes at Windows\assembly\GAC64\PresentationCore\3.0.0.0__3 1bf3856ad364e35\PresentationCore.dll. Does anyone have any suggestion to fix this or should I submit a service request with Novell. Much appreciated!!
