GW Connector not syncing items older than initial synch date

Hi All,

Using GW8 hp2 and GroupWise Connector v 1.2.5.4095, when we sync in a new user only items arriving or sent on the day of the initial synchronisation appear in the users mobile device.

Marking an email read later, or moving it to a folder appears to force the sync and the email will appear in the mobile device.

Is there a way to force synch older items? We have set synchroniser to ignore events after 60 days to pull back the last 60 days worth of items, but this appears to have no effect.

Just to be clear, using the monitoring information for a user within the synchroniser console, the item count shown there matches whats shown in the mobile device.
