Icons not always appearing on the desktop/startmenu/systray

Hi all,

I've got an inconsistent (yet consistent enough to cause grief) problem where the icons for bundles don't always appear for users desktops / start menu and/or system tray.

Sometimes only half the icons assigned to them appear, other times no icons appear and further times can lead to all icons appearing as normal. This is a mixture of workstation and user assigned icons, and neither seem any less prone to this problem than the other. The bundles don't have any system requirements that could be causing them not to appear.

The following appears in the zmd-messages.log file on the laptop:

Sometimes if I perform a zac ref the icons will appear again. Other times it might not a zac ref bypasscache. And at other times it will take numerous zac ref attempts before they appear again.

Some background on our environment:

ZCM 11.2.4 MU1 on 3 primary servers running SLES 11 SP1
Windows 7 SP1 Enterprise end devices running ZCM agents comprising of a mixture of 11.2.3a, 11.2.4 and 11.2.4MU1
All devices exist at the same physical location

We are using redirected desktops (re-directed to an NSS volume) and the things I have made sure of are:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZCM\NAL\IsNalDi sabled set to 0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZCM\NAL\SetIcon OnDesktop set to 1
Username in the start menu is not hidden

Is there anything else I could potentially look at?

Cheers
