I've just noticed that phone messages entered in GroupWise don't synchronize to devices. Is this by design, or is there some place to add them in?
We use the phone message form quite extensively (probably because we are the last office on earth that doesn't use voicemail) but we've had a lot of people getting more dependent on their wireless devices that don't look at either their desktop or web client.
