Any body real use Lync client +XP+ZCM without MS client ?

Any body real use Lync client on the WS: XP_sp3+NWclient+ZCM10.3.4 (without MS Client for Microsoft network) ??

Problem:
- Power On
- Systep UP
- User Enter username/password in to the NW Login
- Login OK, NW Login Script OK
- Windows DESKTOP Up,- At this moment client Lync is launched ....
- User Enter Username and pasword for connect to the LYNC, press Enter...
and - Authentificatioт false...
- User Launch again Client Lync, Enter again username/password and only after this - log in to the Lync OK..

Problem - at the first connection always a problem also it is necessary to launch the second time client Lync

Any suggestions, please.
