We are running Groupwise 8.02 on Netware 6.5 sp8. The Groupwise client access recently has been very slow (people have complained particularly about Calendar Access). This is our busy time of year where network use spikes normally but this year Groupwise has been an extreme issue. Another thing that could be a contributing factor is that we have recently install a SUSE Linux server with Novell Data Synchronizer. Currently there are only 6 or 7 people setup on this server.
The Post Office logs have a particular error that is repeated constantly to the effect of:
11:49:06 17B Notifying client at: 10.xx.xx.xx Connection socket 662 Bag ID 29096
I have never seen this message in the past and have no idea WHAT it is indicating. I am assuming that this may provide some idea what might be going on.
