Users provisioned from a LDAP source cannot be enabled

Hi,


I have a Filr server connected with an Active Directory Server that contains the users of my organization. I had to delete on purpose an user account in the AD and create the same account again.


The problem is next, after to deleting the user account in AD, the user account in Filr was disabled automatically when the sync task was executed. Then I created the same user account in AD, and when I run the sync proccess in Filr, the user account is not enabled nor created a new user account.


When I try manually enable the user account in Filr I get the message: " 'Jon Doe' provisioned from a LDAP source cannot be enabled using this interface "


Searching in the novell kb I only found this article: https://forums.novell.com/novell-pro...bled-filr.html but I can´t solve my problem.
