I have installed PostgresSQL and NFR 2.0.1.3 in edirectory Mode on an Windows 2008 R2 SP1.
The service first starts and then falls back to Stopped after some time.
In the log I can see that after successfully getting the tree name and verifying the license file it says "Failed to establish Failed to establish Database Connection, Result: 768. Retrying in 3 seconds"
After 10 retries the engine stops.
