I am creating a PRD that ultimately grants a resource mapped to an exchange account entitlement. In order to have exchange you need to have an account in AD first. I know I could set up role dependancies, and/or grant both the AD resource and exchange resource, but I don't think it will address my concern. My concern is how to I make sure the user has an AD account provisioned on their account before there is an attempt to provision an Exchange account? I am afraid timing could cause the exchange request to be processed before the AD account is in place. My ideas include making sure the AD association is on the account before processing (trigger off of association), or trigger of of AD resource assignment.
