Case Sensitive Path Lists

It seems as though in Access Manager the path lists are case insensitive unlike iChain where paths were case sensitive. Is there any way to make the paths case sensitive in Access Manager like they are in iChain?

For example we have a website that we are migrating piece by piece from one web server to another. I have setup path based multi-homing on iChain to send the root of the website to the new server and the paths that are still on the old server to it.

Here is an example of what I need to do:
/is --> old server
/IS --> new server
/helpdesk --> old server
/HelpDesk --> new server
