Device reporting several of the same errors

Hello All

I have a device that seems to report several of the same errors all at a single time. I will get multiple alerts for the following errors

It is the only device that is reporting this error.

Anyone encounter this?

It will send out multiple e-mails within minutes of the errors occurring and it is always the same errors.
