I have Vibe 3.4 installed on a 64bit Windows 2008R2 server. I installed it as a service. The service starts up an runs ok. (I am have some issues but that may be unrelated.) The main issue now is that I can not stop the service and when I look at the processes running tomcat6 is still running and I can not kill it. This seems to only be happening in this environment. I also have 3.4 installed on a 32 bit machine which was installed as upgrade to 3.3 and it does not exhibit this behavior. As additional information I did have 3.3 installed on the same 64 bit machine and did not experience this problem at all. My only workaround is to reboot the server which is a pain when all you want to do a test a setting change.
