2 network adapters; only one LAN address

We're trying to compile a list of all our MAC addresses that are to be allowed on our network; we're moving to 802.1x.

That being said, when I use the reporting function and select to show the LAN adapter under Hardware Components, I only see one of the two adapters. (i.e. LAN and wifi)

Is this by design, or am I missing something? Also, some devices only show one of the two adapters in the hardware inventory, how can I force the wizard to show the new adapter?

We are currently running ZCM 11.2.3a MU1
