I am in the process of upgrading my primary Zen server from a Windows Server 2008 (32bit) platform to a Windows server 2008 (64bit) platform. I've followed the instructions in the Disaster Recovery Reference for "Replacing and existing primary server with a new primary server". After I execute the zenserver-restore step the zenworks service tries to start but the ZenLoader service fails with an "Unable to start the services "Zen Loader". Trying to manually start the service from services.msc command also fails. I'm unable to continue with the upgrade until I can get the loader service started. The service did start after the initial installation of the Zenworks 11 SP2 software. Any ideas as to why the loader will not start after the restore of the zenworks server?
