excluding folders from sync

Hello Everyone,

I have looked all over the place and cannot seem to find a way to do this.
I need to exclude some folders from being synced on users home drives.
most users have their GroupWise archive's located on there home drives and I need to somehow setup a policy to make sure that it is excluded.
has anyone done this?
