E-mail DL to a group of non-GW users

I have an administrator that is wanting to send the Distribution List he has created for a committee to the rest of the committee members. The problem I am seeing right now is that most of the members are not on my system. When I attempted to export the DL to CSV to just have them import that it doesn't show the e-mail addresses for the DL listed. If I have him export the list as a Virtual Card and have the other members import the list will it import the Group as well as the list correctly?
