Found host status: Bad

Hi!
ZCM 11.2.2, Windows XP Pro SP3. At some point on device start constantly at device start report:

[DEBUG] [04/06/2013 09:24:55.152] [692] [ZenworksWindowsService] [77] [] [ConnectMan] [] [ Skipping IP address <IP>, status Bad] [] []
etc.
...
Server is there and accessible, no other device started at same time report this error. Also, on device I see agent service is running and seems to it does fulfill tasks, I mean, running bundles, but via ZCC I see ... agent on this device is down. When I restart agent service on device it does - seems to - work ok till next morning start.
Any ideas?
