Another instance of WinVNC is already running - 11.2.3

I have just updated my first Windows 7 workstation from 11.2.2 MU2 to 11.2.3. Rather frustratingly, I got the old "Another instance of WinVNC is already running" error that we last saw with 11.2.1. Has anyone else seen this yet when updating to 11.2.3? The old TID for this problem just takes you to the 11.2.3 update now. The update completes, but this type of error tends to generate Helpdesk calls.
