How to configure NFR on co-exist environment (eDir & AD)

HI All
My Customer are Novell Customer , and they use IDM sync all user account between AD & eDir, file server are win2003/2008 and OES server...
They want to use NFR to monitoring all file server and generate report...
How could I configure filereporter 2.0 for co-exist LDAP environment ??
