We are upgrading a small zone from ZDM7 to ZCM11 and having performance issues with remote control. I have a remote management policy set to allow encryption and disable the wallpaper. Can connect to the managed device just fine but performance of remote control is terrible compared to a similar workstation still running ZDM7 on the same network. The devices have the mirage mirror driver installed and nothing stands out in the winvnc log. A network trace shows remote control is not coming close to saturating the device's available bandwidth of 4.5Mbps down .5Mbps up. Any suggestions on what else to look at or any performance tweaks that can be applied?
