Error imaging LVM / Where is 11.2.2

Hi,

I am running into an issue imaging a Linux server with LVM.
I get the error "Error creating LVM Physical Volume".

I found this TID: Support | Automatic restore of an image to a system that has existing LVM partitions, hangs

This TID claims it should be working in ZCM 11.2.1, however I am on 11.2.2.
But when I start img it says the version is still 11.2.0.0.

I have opened the 11.2.2 manual install zip file and the bootcd.iso also contains 11.2.0.0.

Is there something I am missing?
