Unregister from Zone A / Register to Zone B

I was hoping to write a simple batch file to unregister our workstations from Zone A (crashed and not accessible) and then register them with the new fresh Zone B. Since Zone A is toast, is the only way to locally unregister the device is remove Zenworks (ZCM 11.0 Agents) or is there a switch I'm missing that would accomplish this without having to remove and re-install ZEN. Below is the batch file I was planning on using. Tips?
