404 Not Found error for Inject Attributes help screen

Within the Administration Console --> Identity Servers --> edit --> General tab --> Inject Attributes sub-tab --> click on the "?" help icon in the upper right for context-sensitive help for this particular screen.

The pop-up window throws a 404 Not Found error.
