Administrator deactivated, admin user with pw expired...

Hi, we have a DSFW that we use for a just one application to synchonize the users.

Today I tried to connect with my login (admin group) in a Windows XP and the system say that my password is expired and I don't have the rights to change it so it does not let me in.
I tried to login with the administrator account, and it say that it is disabled !?

So I cannot login in the forest with an admin account !! Is there a way to at least unable the Administrator account? Maybe with ConsoleOne?
