Remove single DSfW (ADC) server

We need to decommission a server (and site) and would like to tidily remove the dsfw configuration
i.e. we currently have 5 dsfw servers and wish to remove just one (an ADC) leaving the remaining four servers and dsfw configuration fully functional

I see the post http://forums.novell.com/novell-prod...fw-server.html mentions the /opt/novell/xad/sbin/ndsdcrm utility...
However, I do not see that on any of our 5 dsfw servers (OES2SP1 only?)? These are all running OES2SP3

What is the recommended way to decommission a DSFW server, ensuring that the DNS records, etc. all get tidied up?
