Cannot uninstall agent 11.2.1

I am not able to unable uninstall any agents through the normal uninstall or change program in Windows 7 SP1. The message I receive is the following:

unable to continue because the device's registration status cannot be delivered.

I have checked the uninstall log and it is a similar message.

Is this a known issue in 11.2.1 or should I open an SR?
