we are experiencing some problems with some users complaining about the default behaviour of the reply of any e-mail treated as if the mail is coming from a shared folder and the reply is a sticky note and not an e-mail to the sender.
My suspicion is that somehow the folder has been made shareable with an old or buggy client where it was possible to share a system folder.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
