Xp to Seven Migration Methodology

Hi,


I just want to know if this scenario is do - able with Imaging :

I want my user to be able to initiate the imaging process of there device so at the end of the day, when they are ready to leave the compagny they can fire from Windows the upgrade process :
- Capture profil to the network using personnality migration
- reboot computer in PXE mode to apply the image
- Deploy Seven
- First user login restore profil then reboot
- Done

The only piece i don't know is how to let the user apply an image to his device ?
