Two primary domains after merge

Hi,

After merging a GroupWise domain from one tree in the GroupWise domain of another tree, both domains and the merged domain show as primary.

I checked link configuration, and both domains connect to each other over TCP with the right address and port.
Users can still login to both GroupWise domain and postoffices.
I have been able to move users from one postoffice to another (which removes GroupWise attributes)

How should I fix this?
