How to reset password on console server

Hi

Im new in Novell. previous staff who incharge this server already resign without notice. so i dont know how to manage how
can i reset the password so the user can log into the client again. what command can i use in console ..t can anyone give further instructions so i can understand
this alot better... i try use browser ifolder manager .. but still need password.
