Bundle deployment on user login not working

Hi, lately I'm getting multiple reports that if a bundle is configure to launch on the user login it doesn't work. Nothing happen. I did some cheking and indeed it doesn't work. I can launch the bundle manually using the command "zac bl" and "zac bv" without any problem. Has anyone seen this problem before? Something we can do to fix this? We are running Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 x64 with ZCM 11.2.1 MU2.
