A few (3, all different hardware) of our agents that have updated to 11.2.1 and are somehow showing 2 IP addresses; we've not seen this before the update. One is a private Windows address 169.254.x.x and one from the DHCP server. No Zenworks stuff works on the effected machine. Simply restarting the computer fixes it, and "yes" our employees are too dumb to restart their computers before calling us. Is this a known issue? I couldn't find anything.
