Groupwise attaching wrong files

Hello, I have a user that has groupwise attaching the wrong file to an email sometimes. I witnessed it for myself. She had attached two different documents to the email, The first one was right and the second one had the right name but opened the same document as the first. It happens to her quite a bit but nobody else has complained about the issue. Should I just reinstall groupwise or is there something else I could try to do.
