Last time i worked on the vide connector, we were able to find the problem. This connector tries to reach a precise external IP address (see TID 7009978).
Unfortunatly, the connector does not use any setting for the proxy at the system level. Anyhow, we don't want at ALL to reach an external ip from an intranet site.
We have even opened an incident but useless. We decided to close the incident waiting for the developpement team to correct this bug (yes this is a bug to be obliged to reach an external IP address !!).
We are waiting for a solution here in my customer site but AFAIK the problem still here and no correction has been made yet.
So, please, once again, correct this bug and let us know.
