Training Pass V. Full Conferenace Pass -?

Hi

Can someone explain the difference? i.e. If I get a Full conference pass, will I need to get a Training Pass to sit in on the ATT's?

I cant find find anything conclusive online so I appologise if this is a Stupid Question.
