Installing 10.3.3 ZRS and no bobje directory

I had ZRS 10.3.1 installed on my primary server but was never able to get it to work properly. I uninstalled it by following the instructions in the documentation, and then reinstalled from the 10.3.3 media. I get a message that ZRS has installed properly, but nothing is running, I can't launch reporting server from ZCM and there are NO files or directories in the /opt/novell/zenworks/share/boe directoy and nothing in /etc/inti.d for services. We are running this on SLES 10.4. I have looked through all the log files. I did not turen debugging on yet either. I'm at a loss as to how to install this properly. I'm hoping someone can help - not a lot of action in this forum... I did have it installed ok with 10.3.1.
