Convert an email to an appointment - Error D028

Hi, I'm trying to troubleshoot a bug that one of our users gets. When she tries to convert an email that has some files attach to it (PDF, Doc, etc.) to an appointment she then get an error D028. It's not the first time I see this error. Anyone knows how to fix this?
