Redirecting users ability to save to the desktop on win 7

How do you setup a policy that redirects any object saves to a network share. I am told that this is available in AD - I'm expecting that we can set this as a policy config in ZCM group policies? Basically, I want the user to only "think" they are saving items to their desktop, but it is really saving to the network.
