Changing "View Message" in email template

Running Vibe 3.2 - we've configured our system through Tomcat to force HTTPS. However, in the emails sent from Vibe, the "View Message" button in the message points to HTTP, so when we click on it we only get a 404 Object not found.

Trying to figure out where or how to configure that button to point to HTTPS, but can't seem to see it.

Any ideas?
