Creating Secondary Domain

Good day, I'm using the information gleaned from TID 7002749 to create a Secondary Domain on another server. The question that I have is do I need to install the GroupWise components on that other server first, or do the domain first and then the agents? The TID did not hit this point, and I just wanted to make sure.
