Have been trying to set up a new zcm primary server due to performance issues. Brand new win 2008 r2 x64 server, just built. Load the ISO for zcm 11.2, so far so good. All loads and no errors in any install logs. New primary server shows up in zone as primary, ver 11.2.0.16117, all functioning properly. I go to ZCC, config, system updates and select the 11.2.1 update and set to deploy immediately to the new server. Status comes up "zcm rebuilding deployment packages." After a while (10-15 minutes) it times out and moves to failed devices. Message in the Loader-Messages log of the original primary server "Failed to save status data to DB because of Exception:com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.exceptions .InternalDataModelException: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationExcepti on: could not insert: [[com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.objects.status.Objec tInformation]]] [] []"
Any help with this is greatly appreciated. This has happened twice now, I uninstalled cleanly and did a complete reinstall of ZCM, same result. We are having serious performance issues and need to get this resolved asap. Thx, Dana
