GW8 - New Appointments set to Free switchs to Busy

Using GW 8.0.2

I am creating a new apponitment, marking it as 'All Day Event', selecting recuring for the duration of a week, adding one user to the CC field, and then clicking send.

It shows Free when I click Send however it shows up on the Calendar as busy and blocks out the day.

Why is this happening? I have to go back into the calendar and manualy switch it back to Free.
