Quotas not Applying to Collaborative Storage

Hi,

I have lots of Collaborative Storage policies associated with groups, which create a folder for each member of the group. The policy has a template associated with which has a -member- folder with a quota. This has worked well for years, however since moving to OES11 (perhaps), these quotas aren't being set when members are added to the group.

I'm running Engine 3.0.4.42, Event 3.0.4.3, Agent 3.0.4.11 and Admin Client 3.0.4.4
