diff b/w iFolder 3.8.4 and 3.9 ?

I would appreciate if someone here tell me the difference b/w iFolder 3.8.4 and the newer 3.9 ?

as per Novell Doc: Novell iFolder 3.9 Administration Guide - What’s New in Novell iFolder 3.9 there is nothing new in 3.9, which pretty strange, because if there is nothing new, then why its released ?
